Mike Detter, SIOR

Mike Detter spearheads PINNACLE Commercial Realty Group as President and a Principal Member in the formation of the company.

Since 2004 Mike has been an industry leader in commercial real estate in Northeastern Pennsylvania, representing property owners and companies looking to lease or purchase facilities for their operations.  With the achievement of membership in SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors – only 3,000 members worldwide) and having NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc of Philadelphia being a principal member of PINNACLE Commercial Realty Group, Mike has also become a leading provider of corporate real estate services.

Mike serves on the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of SIOR, serves on the board of the Abington Area Girls Softball League, is a Leadership Lackawanna alumnus and earned a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.

Dean Geis

Dean Geis, Chairman, formed PINNACLE Commercial Realty Group with Mike Detter in 2012 to provide better service for clients with operations in Northeastern Pennsylvania .  Dean is also the Founder and President of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and management firm with a strong commitment to Philadelphia and New Jersey markets.  NAI Geis has 35+ employees, including 22 professionals comprising its brokerage, property management and construction management staff.  NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc is a principal member in the formation of PINNACLE Commercial Realty Group, and therefore PINNACLE has the advantage of utilizing NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc’s resources, infrastructure and various areas of expertise to better serve clients in Northeastern Pennsylvania and nationally.
